Paid Sick Days Battle Goes Online

Workers are being invited to join Rep Rosa DeLauro (D- CT) and Senator Edward Kennedy (D- MA) this Friday to give brief personal video testimonies about the importance of paid sick days for all workers. The video testimonies will be featured in an online rally on the National Partnership for Women and Families (NPWF) website where visitors will be able to click the images of each worker to hear their testimony about “the difficult choices they've had to make without access to paid sick days,” says Steffany Stern, NPWF Policy Analyst.
